Actually Barbara, it's a two-way street. Releasing news could also be considered manipulation during a filing "quiet period" - which is why most reputable companies shy away from it.

As for your comment, "Isn't it illegal to hold news back in an effort to manipulate the shareprice/"...
I assume you have no proof that FNTN has withheld any news to manipulate its stock value and that you have simply decided to highlight the worst-case, crooked and immoral reason you could come up with for a company to do such.
Unfortunately, you have worded your post to suggest to me that illegality is either a foregone conclusion or a probable explanation. I also assume you didn't mean to word your post that way and like the rest of us you really don't know whether the reason for the news black-out is satanical, or puritanical.. Right?

Hi Barbara,
I've re-edited/cancelled my message to you since Wally covered my points plus some others.
Hope you are having a good day,
John

Peep,

You are starting to sound like a broken record. You have mentioned these questions before in the past, unfortunately I don't have the time to search the posts. In fact you sound like you are starting to slander FNTN with false accusations, I believe that is just as illegal.

Your game has become old. Not to mention your credibility which is (zip) now.

I hope when I start beta testing the new SI interface they have included a skip function so I can walk on past the garbage you are leaving on most of the threads these days.

Regards,

Greg Hodges

Barbara,

When you began posting here long ago you were cheerful, joking, and IMO definitely wanted to know the investors here. (You asked for my phone number early on.) Then, suddenly, your tone changed - totally. Though I hadn't given you my phone number, I heard you phoned people, suggesting they sell.

You didn't post for quite awhile and now you are back, talking about manipulation! Are you an investor here?

Barbara,

Previously, I stated I supported you for 'telling it like it is'. I still support anyone who tells it like it is ... when they are speaking fairly. Whether positive or negative. Some of your latest comments seem to be bordering on bashing as opposed to fact related opinion. I do not support irresponsible statements from those who hype or bash....... (I have seen them from both sides).

I still very much appreciate everyone's honest comments and opinion.

Does anyone have any current information about the status of 'fully reporting'? Thanks.....

Len
