A very helpful post. Thanks. Sort of like the problem with a porno district. If you raze that part of town, the buyers and sellers find a new place to go. Hmm... this IS a pretty good analogy. The porno operators have gone off to cyberspace now that Disney has taken over Times Square. So the stock promoters chased out of Vancouver go off to cyberspace too for the same reason. But back to the problem of these OTC BB companies. Some of these little companies are no doubt deserving of being forced into Chapter 11. Others are deserving of being able to grow and prosper. Does the new rule 15c2-11 "throw out the baby with the bath water"?
