Mike, Thanks for the info. Lyons financing used to be in vogue, I had several once upon a time. AZA and MOT are the only ones left in my portfolio. Back in time, before Waste Management blew up, I had bought my mother some of their lyons in her retirement account and sold them for around a ten bagger. Unfortunately I didn't do the same for my own account, instead I went for speculative stocks and her performance trounced mine. Who says a conservative investment doesn't produce big winners. <vbg> Regards
