India is a country with an extremely well educated work force of software engineers and programmers. Many of the major U.S. Corporations utilize these services because of price and technical excellence that is delivered. A few of the larger U.S. Companies even import these Indian Engineers under work permits valid for 1 year.Even with the air travel and housing costs it is still attractive to do so, It is not so much the labor cost but more the excellence achieved by these folks.I consider the ANLT move to be outstanding in regard to both parties future.
