Thanks Roy for the response. Didn't realize you liked Ancor that much. ;-) You mention three new players going after new switch product. Do you mind if I ask who they are? I believe you mentioned before that it might be in the best interest of the switch makers to pair up with the hub guys. Do you still hold this view? Also, I noticed that you believe Cisco and Intel will be big winners in the storage market some day. I assume this also, in the long run. Do you think Intel or Cisco acquires someone soon (by year end) to join the SAN world? I heard rumors a long time ago from some guy at SGI that Cisco was working on a FC switch, but with the recent Oems that matter going to Brocade and Ancor (ie. Dell, Sunw, Ibm, HDS, etc...), its clear that Cisco is even rumored to be in the running. Thanks for any thoughts, as always. all imho robert aka pigboy
