Sold the driv at a decent profit. Shorted ebay with $$ a couple times yesterday. As usual, covered much too soon. Making good progress in the spec acct. But I think you did much better holding yhoo. I sold that too soon also. Don't have any now. I have all my eggs on amzn. No doubt KIS will get a good chuckle from that.

Jan and all, it looks like the "schools out for summer" theory is correct. The Media Metrix reports of negative breath among the leaders and slowing gross page hits was damaging to the idea that the phenomenal growth of the past few years is sustainable or that early entry assures long term success.

Lycos is up on news that they were the biggest gainer in market reach while many of the darlings fell from grace.

We have a good chance for another rally to the upside but I don't think it will sustain itself through the summer. AMZN will probably find the 130 level to offer a lot of resistance. We are still in a situation in which a little bit of bad news goes a long way.
