ADAIR INTERNATIONAL OIL & GAS ANNOUNCES NEW ADDITION TO ITS ADVISORY BOARD
WITH PROJECT UPDATE

HOUSTON, Jun 23, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Mr. Bryan J. Yarnell
has joined the Advisory Board of Adair International Oil & Gas, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: AIGI) as disclosed by John W. Adair, Chairman.
"Mr. Yarnell brings one of the best legal minds available to our board
that is coupled with engineering expertise which compliments the growth
direction of our company," states Adair.

Mr. Yarnell has an Electrical Engineering Degree from Louisiana
Techwhere he was Summa Cum Laude and is also a graduate of Harvard Law
School andwas also Cum Laude there. His primary practice area has been
intellectual property litigation among others while attached to the law
firm of Vinson & Elkins. His other area of expertise is Commercial
Litigation.

Mr. Yarnell is a former Navy Lieutenant and taught nuclear physics and
steam generation theory while in service.

Adair continues to develop its power generation projects and has
completed the electrical grid feasibility for its 500 MW plant to be
located in Southern California. The plant will be built in conjunction
with a major (NYSE) power generation corporation with an expected
announcement of the land acquisition to be disclosed in the near
future. Adair also has four other sites under development at this time.
