all i'm saying is the facts don't completely add up...i'm not saying MRV isn't going to sell or spin-off the division. i think that is a distinct possibility. i wouldn't step in and buy based on these rumors, but really like the stock as both a value and a growth play over the long-term... greg

given what ASND, AWRE, CIEN,etc. are doing today, it's not like we're exactly running up on the rumor... don't you think there would be more of a formal announcement if this were true? given the fact they have a PR firm working for the them, i'd think it would be handled better than this. greg
