We are still too inexperienced with Level II to make any public
comments about what we think caused this drop. It would only be
speculation anyway. Who knows what is going on in their strategy?

But I will note that some of these same people ran SEAC up to 15 and
then corrected it back to 10 and now it is back up there making new
highs again. So I expect it won't be long before we are making new
highs again. But we really need some RT or TWX news, these are the
two events that will move this stock.
