tp...concur with your posting

my concerns are based in the "crystal ball" gazing of msd...growth very possible, but only if optimum economic and political conditions exist for a five year period....

dell is a great company, i just exercise forward caution...been in it since 96....have zero adjusted cost...just a caveat for new investors that perhaps the days of twice a year splits, and triple digit gains are waning...if that makes me negative on dell, so be it....i'd like to call it prudent or realistic....

the larger a company operating on the model as dell, becomes the more delicate the balance...i believe you understand this concept....management unless faced with an economic reversal will plod along, but at a decreasing pace...it's just a normal progression, that is a fact of business...the more of the pie you consume, the less there is to engorge...forced by nature to eat a bit slower...
