Has this project been explored in the past by any of the majors like most of the other properties in Colorado. Also is this property going to require blasting because the beach sand is hard? I just read through past press releases and found something that I must question from the December 7 release. "Previous drilling has identified a geological resource of over 80 million tons of titanium bearing heavy minerals." Yearly consumption of TIO2 is roughly 3 million tonnes so I find it difficult to believe that this company has enough supply for the world for 26 years. 80 million tons of titanium is roughly equivalent to the entire reserves that Rio Tinto has in their arsenal and they control 30% of the market. My only guess is that the release was suppose to read 80 million tons of titanium bearing mineral sands. Also why has the company not announced what % of the previously drilled resource estimate is heavy minerals? What percent of the heavies is rutile, leucoxene, zircon and ilemenite? As an investor these are questions that I would look into further before buying stock at these prices.
