Steve, did you notice that the news release didn't say that Dunavant had resigned as a director?

That means that either:
* the horse-shampoo con-man is still a director,
or
* the company is so disorganized that they didn't think of reporting this as a material event in the news release, much less an 8-k.

Which of these two possibilities is more appealing?

Is Hamouth the Vancouver stock scammer still director, or does Dunavant still control the company?

Does anybody know who the directors are?

Last we knew was that in the 10k for the period ending 12/31/98, it said:

"In late 1998, Roger Dunavant became president and sole director, Mr. Hamouth having resigned."


So it looks like Dunavant had complete control of the company, which would mean that he still does.

Or does it?

There was a proxy in February 1999 that said:

Rene M. (President, Treasurer and sole Director)

Maybe Hamouth has complete control? Who knows?
