I have now invested over 1,000 hours researching the SWY public documents listed on SEDAR, CARLSONONLINE, CANADASTOCKWATCH and others. In addition, I have extensively traded both equities and have substantial long positions in each. Some of my very eager associates have also assisted me in this task. Last night at 4:00AM the last clue fell into place following a detailed examination of the 06/23/99
News Release where it was announced that the feedlot had finally been sold.

Based on the above, I find that the following is the most likely scenario:

1) The present management of SWY will be unsuccessful in their bid to retain control of SWY.
2) Glacier Ventures will acquire control of SWY and will issue a dissolution dividend to the shareholders upwards of $.76/share.
3) Investments in either SWY or GVC present the promise of exceptional rewards while offering very low risk.

These are only speculations and those wishing to invest in SWY:TSE
or GVC:VSE are cautioned to rely on their own judgement.
I would like to encourage a dialogue on these subjects and dissenting
opinions are most welcome. If you enjoy reading mystery novels,
you will love dissecting the information available on these companies.
