BUYING MORE NOW! HERE'S WHY:

Late Friday, ChinaMallUSA.com released news that
they had agreed to form a strategic alliance with the
People's Daily Online Edition.
People's Daily is the largest circulated newspaper in
China and is also the official newspaper of the Chinese
government. People's Daily
Online provides 24-hour news coverage in both
Chinese and English and is one of the most popular
internet sites in China
(www.peopledaily.com.cn). Currently, People's Daily
receives
800,000 hits per day or 24.0 million hits per month.

People's Daily will market ChinaMallUSA.com via
several advertising
avenues including print advertising.
ChinaMallUSA.com will be able to
expand their membership network throughout China
with the assistance of
this agreement. More significantly, though, new
members of
ChinaMallUSA.com are expected to advertise on the
People's
Daily Online web site which will, of course, increase
traffic on
ChinaMallUSA.com.

Over the past two weeks ChinaMallUSA.com has
issued several significant
news releases. They are as follows:

6/15/99 ChinaMallUSA.com signs strategic alliance
agreement with the
China Minsheng Banking Corporation. China
Minsheng is the seventh
largest bank in China.

6/11/99 ChinaMallUSA.com is granted a license from
the Chinese
government to market goods and services directly to
the entire
population of China. This is the only known license to
ever be granted
by the Chinese government. Wal-Mart was granted a
similar license but
that license was limited to specific regions.

6/9/99 ChinaMallUSA.com signs a deal with the
China Township
Enterprise Investment Development Corporation to
add up to
15,000 members to ChinaMallUSA.com. By July the
first 500
members will be added and then an increase of 20%
per month
will be added. The contract will bring in a minimum of
$1.5 million
to ChinaMallUSA.com initially.

6/7/99 A Strong Buy Recommendation is issued on
ChinaMallUSA.com by New Analysis with a short
term
target of $15.00 to $18.00 per share.

6/4/99 ChinaMallUSA.com announces a long term
relationship with AT&T.

Over the past two weeks ChinaMallUSA.com has been
hard at work
developing relationships that will greatly advance the
company through
solid revenue and earnings.
