I also think (based on the "case by case") you will have a hard time buying it out. Hmm... I see... this reminds me of the old case of: "Shut-up and like it!" [As in shove it up my arse, so kiss me while you f*** me]. Well, well.... it reminds me of the Catholic School I went to all those years.... ....not to mention my legendary love for the Catholic Church. Well, at least I now know where this is leading. on the rate card does anyone know what CPM is? My best guess is cost per million [views] I believe it is "Cost per Thousand" [subscribers]. (but I am not an expert)
