Elizabeth expressed concern for the details of how MAN got its project in her original post. IMHO, her $10/$2 targets can only be based on an opinion that MAN is not legit. It would seem to me that enough evidence to the contrary exists but I guess a newcomer might reach that conclusion upon a first glance.

I'd strongly suggest she start at Post #1 and start reading forward.
