I like ABOV. The arbs are selling the acquiring company short (MFNX)and buying ABOV to cover. If the respective prices are $40 for ABOV and $44 for the equivalent MFNX shares, they stand to gain $4 if the deal closes.

So do I.

But if ABOV takes off with the rest of the Internet sector, then MFNX is along for the ride. And the arbs will have to buy now, instead of later, if the price starts to run away. If they haven't covered yet, the arbs may have to cover at a higher price than they would like.

So ABOV may end up at a higher price than $44 at the closing, since as its price rises, so does the price of MFNX.

My target for ABOV is at least $50.
