Mine doesn't work. I called...

They said that since I signed up during the CAIS era and thus had my FBR holdings through Bear Stearns, that I would have to fill out an online application, get paperwork in, get it filled out, returned, yada, yada, yada. No thanks. I'll just fill out the paperwork to transfer it over to Wit. <g>

That is because they mistakenly mailed out all the names and code numbers of their customers, and they've had to cancel all the passwords. Sloppy, to say the least.
