Doesn't anybody think the potential guillotine of a l/4 hike and yet a continued bias toward possible more hiking...i.e. a dour Greenspan...is what's keeping us down? Rather than the trial?

t2k, I am not so certain that MSFT will outperform the NASDAQ today, but I am becoming very interested in the overall action of the Market looking at the current activity as compared to this morning's open. As I posted earlier when the NASDAQ was down 20, if we could get some volume back into the Market, the NASDAQ would recover. And that is exactly what we are seeing now. The same thing happened yesterday afternoon, but the volume dried up quickly and the Market sold off. If we can keep the volume up, the NASDAQ will finish in positive territory.
