IS, CDWC is valued at 1 times sales. PCCC and MWHS at 0.3, MZON at 0.2, but MALL is only 0.1. I agree with you that 1/3 times sales for MALL is reasonable. Future spinoff of ecost.com is gravy on top of that.

Regards,

Tom

MALL is being treated (wrongly) as a pure catalog company since UBID was spun off. Catalog companies can run between .17 to .25 Price to Sales ratio due to low margins.

The beauty is that the market will soon learn that MALL is an innovative machine with the smarts to create a UBID and who now have tech for moving on. They have 4 web sites for their businesses.

But for now the market has priced MALL in with the pack of catalog retailers. Just give people time and they'll find out. With 3 analysts coming out with ratings on MALL soon, $20 could be back in one day.

Have fun at the MALL!
