I came across a phrase in a book last night--
anima naturaliter Christiana
Literally this is "by nature or naturally a Christian soul", but the author translated it as "religious without religion".

And I liked it. I think it might be what you and I are.

Stumpy would like the samples that just came in at the Post Office.
Whiskas Cat Food.

It is, of course, verboten for letter carriers to abscond with samples, that could earn them a vacation at a friendly Federal facility. But letter carriers will eat absolutely anything, especially if it's free and better if it's stolen. Apparently Whiskas isn't half bad if you've been out on the street all day without a lunch break, although it could use a minute in the microwave.

With some cayenne and mushrooms it would be great served on a bed of rice.
