I have a nice size account with Waterhouse and enjoyed trading their stock along with many other brokerages in the past. Most were bought out from under me. I didn't take the TD bank stock when WHO was gobbled up. Wasn't offered shares with the Quick & Reilly buyout, I don't think (can't remember) but know I took cash in both cases.

Right now I'm down to just HQ as my only brokerage holding. I'm doing well with it so far. Looked at Legg Mason for a while, but didn't buy.

I think I'll let the dust settle here and see what I think.

Best regards, Tom
