I find it unbelievable that an Integrion II can essentially be formed after CKFR paid 3 million warrants to them (with earn-out possibilities on 7 million more) for a cooperation contract with Integrion I. I hope someone in CKFR's legal department rereads that contract document and finds out that either the "Exchange" is illegal or they owe those shares back to the company.
Or, if you have a few weeks spare time, Benny, I'd love your take on the legalities of it all.
