You know, I really think that's a shame, having an electronic Pink Sheet capability. The SEC should discourage it. If a company can't get it's act together by the drop dead date, then why should anyone make a market for it? There is absolutely NO reason in the world, none, nada, not any that a company cannot get their filing in on time and let their financials hang out for all to see, like real companies do. It's really tiring to hear all the excuses.
