there seems to be a logic problem here..... a quote from our famous May 27th shareholder release: "Due to the $22 Million debt owed to the government, China Info Highway is being taken over by giant China Telecom." To me this means that there is NO deal to be signed.... China Telecom is already publicly traded. And with Info highway being taken over by it, hrct's usefulness as a shell is non-existant... But if hrct wants to come up with $50 million bucks,... "In its place, and in a merger with Beijing E-mail, a new entity called China Information Highway Corp. will be allowed to set up joint venture with foreign partner(s). Hartcourt will be given the priority to join the venture, which calls for a $50 Million investment in return for 35 percent ownership.... ...maybe the goldengate would like to be more specific in his comments....
