Hanil only said they're going to make 'evaluation' product with this shipment of laminate. Back to Lev's 'programs, not POs' song and dance from the shareholders meeting etc. Yes, both Hanil and Valence are in programs with multiple customers.

But to your other point, Valence will NOT announce a PO even if they have one, until they've actually shipped commercial product in response to it, AND that first commercial shipment has been formally accepted.

This, because of the prior lawsuit. Lev said the lawyers won't let him 'pre-announce' any POs, like they did before. Sorry, that's the way it is.

That's why I suggested earlier that Hanil may be able to be more aggressive in announcing a PO. E.g., once the evaluation product is accepted by someone, Hanil may be able to announce a PO agreement which they will then produce in response to (whereas Valence would have to wait until after they produced and shipped and got acceptance).

So the problem is that even though Valence may be in the middle of such shipments, they may not be timely enough to do the secondary as hoped (for numerous reasons).
