Henry, 1) I am offended by your Clinton reference. 2) We're agreed that opinions vary. 3) The reference to Belgrade was clearly indicated as humor, since the term bombardment is specifically in reference to bombs, and my comment was trailed by a "<g>". I was going to use Bagdad - would that have offended as well? Nonetheless, no offense intended. 4) It's not a question of blame so much as accountability for one's actions, provoked or otherwise. I'm hopeful that my esteemed fellow mastergrubber can agree to disagree.
