It seems that everyone is now convinced that Allen G has turned his attention to the stock market. His interest rate sword is now poised to tame the bull/bear cycle. It has kind of created this weird trading range where when things get too warm, then the bias is toward 50-75 basis points, so things cool off. Then, when things cool off, the bias drops to 0-25 basis points and things can warm up. Is Allen G trying to turn the stock market into a Money Market type of investment?

Personally, I think that this bull market is great for the economy. All of this money is going into the hands of companies that are investing in the infrastrucuture of the 21st century. If they are allowed to spend, spend, spend, the productivity gains will be tremendous.

Also I look at his previous attack on inflation. Yes, inflation is tame for now, but is that due to new technology or to usurious interest rates imposed by Allen G? And look at what his attack on deflation did to precious metals and basic materials... I think they call that deflation.
