Heinz: What I was looking for was a day in which the market was thrown down by the real money. I was hoping to see an end-of-day Arms index of about 1.20 or more. Today's Arms indicates the money was still playing around. It may be related to the end of the quarter. I thought they had decided to clean out many of the bulls yesterday and continue it today and turn it around tomorrow or shortly thereafter. We just cannot seem to get a nice firm base from which to rally.

With the patterns that were built in key indexes and with the declining volume, I am looking for a high volume morning to lead the break-out to new highs. I still think this will be decided within a trading week. Perhaps, it will take a few more days.
