Paul, warning, this debenture is floorless:

" If the market price of the
Common Stock at the date of conversion is less than the conversion price, the Company shall have
the option either to pay the holder in Common Stock at a fifteen percent discount to the market
price
or in cash in an amount equal to 110% of the principal amount to be converted (115% if
conversion occurs after 210 days following the date of the agreement).

Of course, it is unlikely they'll pay back in cash (this is the commodity they are short of), thus they will convert to stock. If the shares drop under $5.55 look out below. As we speak, the floorless bandits are probably hedging their debenture by selling the stock short against the block, and if that selling pressure gets the under $5.5, look out below, the abyss...
