No question completed reporting is the key to many issues, including any special dividends. I had made a low est. a while back (I think it was $.25), with greater amounts being a very pleasant surprise. A distribution of 100% of 1998's net would, IMO, put us way over $.25 and not get much of a rise from that pseudo-public agency that's trying so hard to protect (or was it separate) the investing public from their own money. I wouldn't mind at all if it carried a "pay" date in January, since it's fully taxable. Carrying the dividend would also maximize it's effect on the price once trading begins.
