Aren't you fascinated by the way in which the European Union is becoming virtually what the founders of this country intended the U.S. to be?

Do you think the E.U. will gradually move more toward the present U.S. model, or stay with our original concept?

So you're telling me that the various references to "the people" throughout the Bill of Rights isn't about individuals? Citizens? Mind you, I know next to squat about Constitutional law but now we're talking about MY religion!! :-)
Could you direct me to some good discussion of the scope and limitations of the Bill of Rights? A good deal of my political identity is based on a libertarian interpretation of that set of Articles. If I'm operating from a misapprehension - well it becomes my duty to know that.
