I read a book a while ago on Direct Public Offerings. It seemed to be geared towards companies trying to go public -vs- those what already are, like FNTN. Can the same options apply when trying to sell shares in a APO? I'm thinking yes, but am not sure. (maybe I will re-read that book :-) ).
