The tender offer is a scam, although technically legal. The same company made a similar offer for TAVA about 4 months ago, offering at the time a premium to the price, shortly after that the price rose above the tender on legit news. Everybody on the board started to
wonder if the company actually knew something. So i see it as a good sign.

follow up on the tender offer. this was what was discovered when Growth capital submitted a tender offer for TAVA for $5.50 with the stock at 6. IMO, for WAVO the tender was submitted when the price was above 7 and the stock price pulled back below the tender price and is now circulating. I personally have not received the offer, nor would i give up my shares, i enjoy writing calls too much. please read:
