Ian, well as with all SEC rules, this one is complex. It goes something like this:

-acquire directly or indirectly >/5%, report on 13D within 10 days.

-in lieu of above, a person can file 13G 45 days after end of calendar year if: (1) acquired securities in the ordinary course of business and (2) such person is a broker/dealer, a bank, an insurance company, an investment company, an investment advisor, an employee benefit plan...

I didn't read far enough last time...sorry.

We'll have to wait a bit longer to see a report!
