CyBerTrader is the best I know. But, frankly, no matter how good the brokerage, I believe trading IPO's on opening day is far too risky. Despite the best tools, you can really get killed, imho.

If you intend to trade IPO's you can not use Fidelity. I have tried to trade several the past few weeks. Fidelity doesn't allow you to trade them till they get around to opening it up for on line trading. Several times it took them nearly 10 minutes after trading began before you could them trade on line.
