Good find, Rock. . . I like CMGI much these days and am hoping for Inets getting slammed. . .so we can buy on the cheap. WITC is interesting, but I wonder if they aren't offering such to CMGI just for the name dropping via PR.

BDE domain names. . .

This list was public weeks before the announcement of the Auction Channel acquisition. Today's puzzle is to figure out if there are other trademarked names among this list, which could represent further acquisitions not yet announced:

Also, I think there are a few more domain names that were added within the past few weeks.

UOL Publishing Raises 2.5 mil by means of convertible debentures

go2net.newsalert.com

My past experience with convertible debentures lead me to think "oh No" when I read this recent news. Perhaps my negative views are unjustified (and I'm hoping they are). As I read the NR, it didn't seem like such a bad thing, but the price did drop somewhat. So can anyone with more knowledge on convertible debentures give there take on this piece of news? TIA
