Last update: June 23, 1999 dcic.com Is DCI up for sale? DCI's management has always looked to maximize shareholder wealth. Whether its through a strategic acquisition, the formation of a key alliance or the expansion of our network, the Company's goal has been to lay the groundwork upon which, future profitability can be sustained. Management is pleased with DCI's current position within the telecommunications marketplace, thanks to the infrastructure improvements and strategic agreements which have been achieved. That said, as per an April 13th news release, DCI is looking to retain an investment banker to assist in the review of the Company's available alternatives. This banker will help determine the course of action which is in the best interests of our shareholders, including but not limited to, combining with another company. An announcement will be made as soon as the investment banker has been chosen. When will Form 10K be available? The Form 10K will be filed on or before June 30, 1999. When is the Annual Meeting? The Annual Meeting is set for Thursday, July 29, 1999.
