I think this announcement was intended tom and will, stall the market. IF (big IF) these guys can get billers to their customers and portal customers, they have a shot at winning. Granted, a real long shot, but they were just attempting to keep themselves from being closed out. IMO

Funny, over at Yahoo research, two months ago we were a 8,3,2; one month ago we were a 7,3,2 ; just today, we are a 6,3,2. It was a 7,2,2 yesterday, for what it is worth. Earnings has been reduced to $.20 for June 2000.
