SCS Solars welcomes Kevin Pickering to the board SCS Solars Computing Systems Inc SCS Shares issued 30,557,801 Jun 24 close $0.95 Thu 24 Jun 99 News Release Mr. Frank Wells reports Kevin F. Pickering has been appointed to the position of president and to the board of directors. Reporting to the board, Mr. Pickering will be directly responsible for driving the business plan forward to the next level. Andrew O'Leary will continue in his role as chief executive officer. SCS Solars' chairman Frank Wells stated: "Kevin's solid experience in international sales and marketing and his proven track record is a welcome addition to our growing company. While it was decided to have Kevin come on board several months ago, he felt it important to concentrate his efforts on opening the European office before taking over this new position. The successful opening and the sales results in Europe speak for themselves, and along with the rest of management, I am pleased Kevin has now agreed to head up our sales and marketing drive.
