I appreciate your input Joe. Can you expound on why it's a bad deal for shareholders? Also, in general, are convertible debentures something to be wary of? My two experiences with convertibles both followed the same pattern: while the convertibles were in effect, any significant increase in price was vaporized as the convertibles were exercised. In both cases, the convertibles were paid off thru additional financing. At that point when the stock price increased it held for the longer term.
