"Cherney said the Chicago Board Options Exchange equity-only put-call ratio finished at an extremely low 0.318 on Monday, which suggests a possible S&P retracement near-term.

The indicator has finished below 0.320 five times since November, Cherney said. Each time, it has coincided with a retracement of about 4 percent in four to five trading days. "

Got it; But me is into the indexes and they don't trade much
a lot like stocks , I don't think any consistent trading style
will work anyway. Every time I find some holy grail it works
just long enough to get me tooo confident.
