Tom, If Exchange is focused on bill "distribution," aren't they competing with the post office as much or more than with Checkfree? If that is the case, there ought to be plenty of room for more than one bill distributor -- Federal Express, UPS and others all seem to be doing well competing with the postal service to deliver packages. Who thought Checkfree would have a monopoly in bill aggregation and distribution? How does Exchange differ from companies like Billserv that use Checkfree to process their payments? Bruce
