Question is, as always, where's the exit. This is a cyclical business, and it's unlike holding a Cisco or an EMC, which I see as growing for a long long time. LSI has to be looked at more like an AMAT, a super classic cyclical stock.

I couldn't have said it any better! That is why I term it momo for now, the semis seem to be the place to be (except INTC <jk>) and should perform nicely...

With all the great growth predictions for this up-cycle for semis through 2002, I guess I'll hold 'em for a good while. You?<i/>

I guess one should not get greedy, place a large bet going in and scale back as she moves higher, therefore, if you get caught in the downturn, you get caught with fewer shares....JMTC's....
