SW -- you have done some good DD -- but here is some stuff to fill in some blanks. 1. The company is headquartered in Mystic, Connecticut. 2. The company has stated in recent pr's and filings that it intends to combine both the Alberta and US exchange shares and qualify for "a more senior exchange" by the end of 1999. 3. The company has not publicly demo'ed the tech yet -- but those that have seen it rave about it -- and the company will be demoing it publicly shortly -- in my view this is what has stirred the price recently. 4. The company after several years of R&D has said that they are now cutting back on R&D and entering the deployment and marketing stage. 5. Co server sites with UUNET and a OEM agreement with SeaChange have recently been signed by the company -- more proof that deployment and marketing are near. 6.
