Very testy, a bad quality for a reporter! I didn't say to leave. I wanted to point out why a board has positive sentiment. Is there a board for you that focuses on negative sentiment?
What is your feeling about what I said about why positive sentiments are found on boards which follow their favorite stock?

If you would rather i not post my views here, i'll gladly leave and let the cheerleading continue.

I (Cheerleader wanabe), for one, welcome all posts, bullish and bearish. I really don't think anyone on this thread minds bearish posts, we just hope you are wrong. Since I am long aol I wish you great success everywhere but here.

First of all, investing in AOL has nothing to do with whether you use their service or like it. Second, I welcome all shorts. I hope the stock gets shorted down so I can accumulate at a lower level. Shorters are welcome.

Bobby,
I welcome your posts here...bear or bull I want to hear it, which is why I asked for your opinion. With respect to cheerleading...This is a chat room. More specifically, an AOL chat room. I enjoy cheerleading and commiserating with other longs. It's the nature of the beast. Anyone who says they don't experience some sort of emotion when a stock they own moves dramatically is lying. Sharing those emotions is human. TA and economic analysis are interesting and SOMETIMES germaine but honestly...AOL and the rest of the nets move more often as a result of emotion not TA or P/E's. Greed, fear and mania are far better indicators than any TA I've read.

Regards,
Tom
