This news is nearly MEANINGLESS. It's about a deal that was booked OVER a year ago and isn't even fully deployed yet. Classic SEBL marketing spin. Yawn.

It's not bad news, just old news rehashed.

(Caveat: I own a significant slug of SEBL stock.)

(Nasdaq:SEBL) today announced that Microsoft Corporation has designated Siebel Systems as its Vendor of First Choice in a comprehensive update of Microsoft's internal tools to support sales and marketing functions worldwide. Microsoft has signed a definitive agreement to purchase licenses of Siebel software for Microsoft's internal use in support of its subsidiaries, affiliates, and sales partners.
