earlie, first off, kip already admitted they doubled inventory. when costs are above asps, this reduces your losses until you have to sell - then losses get worse - much worse.

EArlie, The easiest trick of all: hold back 51% more chips, in dollar terms, and 85% more chips in unit terms. Why take losses when the analysts are too dumb to notice the difference? <G>
