Congrats Hi. You guys and gals getting ready with your short sales for the next one? I want all of you in it. I've really enjoyed this contest tremendously. We're also going to do it like NASCAR and you can build up points for a year or points for the rest of this year and that will go for a nice prize. Like getting some points for entering, some points for being in top ten. Some points for passing XJoeO (Just kidding Joe). That way we'll see who is also the most consistent so do all the contests. I talked to one young man on CNBC today and I'd like to get some kids involved too. It'd be a good learning experience. Keep in mind you don't have to be a client to enter.
