Not really John they where hoping for a marketwatch like stock rise and it didn't happen. One reason is the total shares outstanding wasn't as much. I guess Waterhouse or TD thought people or (retarded) investor would pay anything for this stock. I was pissed when I was turned down but after getting all the facts I am glad I didn't get this stock. I bought dell at 37 5/32 today instead and made money today. Thats all it matters.

You are absolutely right. I've been comparing Etrade and DLJ - I think I'm going to take my business to Etrade. They're responsive and far more efficient.

JPM Sorry for your bad experiences. I almost never had problem with Waterhouse. I have been their customer for many years(since 94). I think their website is reliable, fast. And sometimes, I have my limited order filled on the highest quote of the day. That is why I like Waterhouse. Every online broker occasionally has some troubles such as yesterday's IPO reconfirmation. I also have E*trade account, I definitely have better experience with Waterhouse. Whether we are overpaid for TWE will be judged in about 2 month. ZG
